You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in resellable condition, with all tags, barcode labels and original packaging intact. Accessories should be returned in their original branded box, inside a protective outer box or postal bag.

Return postage is at your cost unless we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty. In those cases we'll refund up to £10 in postage on receipt of a valid postage receipt.

Online orders can't be returned in store.

The gloves are lovely, soft but not fluffy and the stitching on the design is gorgeous. I've received so many compliments!
What didn't work for me was the delivery service - DPD Local. The gloves could've easily been posted through my letterbox, but as neither I nor my neighbour were in, they were delivered to shop quite a few miles away from where I live and I don't drive. Therefore as long as Disaster designs continue to use this really inconvenient delivery service (DPD) I won't be shopping with them again.

The gloves however are pretty perfect, so if you drive and don't mind going out of your to pick something up (but then why would you just not go to actual shops?) I'd recommend them.
